You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt any part of this website without prior written consent.
Documents prepared by Phueanchai on your behalf remain subject to our professional obligations but are provided to you for your own use in connection with the matter for which they were created.
6. Payment Terms
Service fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and communicated clearly prior to engagement. Current indicative fees are:

- Prenuptial & Marital Agreements: ฿1,750 THB (core service)
- Family Mediation & Reconciliation: ฿3,300 THB (up to two sessions)
Payment is due as agreed in the service engagement letter. Additional steps or services beyond the stated scope will be communicated and agreed before any further charges are incurred.
Refund policy: If you withdraw from a service before substantive work has begun, we will discuss a fair arrangement. Once work has commenced, fees for completed stages are generally non-refundable. Any refund agreed will be processed within 14 working days.
7. Service-Specific Terms
The following apply to our professional services:
- Scope: Each service is scoped as described on our website and in the engagement letter. Work outside the agreed scope will be discussed before proceeding.
- Timeline: We provide indicative timelines based on experience. These may vary depending on third-party involvement (e.g., courts, other parties, government agencies) and are not binding commitments.
- Confidentiality: All client information is treated as strictly confidential. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
- Changes to service: If your circumstances change materially during the engagement, please inform us promptly as this may affect the scope or timeline.
8. Disclaimers
Phueanchai provides professional assistance based on the information you share and the applicable law at the time of engagement. We do not and cannot promise specific legal outcomes. Family law matters depend on many factors outside our control, including the decisions of courts and other parties.
Website content is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. You should not act on website content alone without taking specific advice relevant to your situation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Phueanchai's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including court delays, actions of third parties, or force majeure events.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phueanchai and its staff from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these terms, your provision of inaccurate information, or your misuse of our services or website.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with reasonable written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for fees for work completed to that point. Sections 8, 9, 10, and 13 of these terms survive termination.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service where we are unable to act in accordance with our professional obligations.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an informal resolution. Most concerns can be addressed through direct communication. Contact us at [email protected].
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand, and governed by Thai law.
13. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These terms, together with any service engagement letter, constitute the full agreement between us relating to your use of our services.
- Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent.
