From there, we explain the available options honestly — including the likely timelines and what each route involves. We do not push clients toward the most involved option. If a simpler path fits, we will say so.
Documentation is prepared carefully, reviewed internally, and explained before signing. We do not send documents without ensuring the client understands what they are agreeing to. Where court filings are needed, we handle those and keep the client updated at each stage.
