Challenge
Two parents separating in Chiang Mai, both wanting significant time with their children. The school-term schedule, holiday arrangements, and financial support all needed to be sorted simultaneously while communication between the parents was strained.
Approach
We worked with both parents in separate initial sessions, then brought them together with a clear agenda focused only on what the children needed. The discussion was structured so that neither party dominated. A draft plan was circulated twice before being finalised.
Outcome
A written custody and support arrangement completed over 7 weeks. Both parents were able to sign without further dispute. The arrangement has remained in place without revision for over a year.

Prenuptial agreement for a mixed-nationality couple
Challenge
A Thai national and a European partner planning to marry, with property held in both Thailand and Europe. Each had existing assets they wanted to address clearly. Neither had drawn up a legal agreement before and were unsure what Thai law covered.
Approach
We explained what a Thai prenuptial agreement can and cannot do, what falls under the civil code, and where the limits lie when foreign assets are involved. The agreement focused on Thai-based assets with a referral note for the European property element.
Outcome
Agreement finalised in under three weeks. Both parties understood exactly what the document covered before signing. The couple have since married and report feeling more settled having addressed things early.
